Oilserv Limited has announced the commencement of the application for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.
The program is expected to last for two years, starting with a two-week immersive induction, where trainees are introduced to the values, operations, and standards of the company.
- Program Duration: 2 years (6-month rotation + 18-month specialised development)
- Location: Various Oilserv Group locations across Nigeria (with possible project site postings)
- Department: Multiple (rotations across all subsidiaries)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Reports To: Assigned Line Manager / Human Resources Business Partner
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed NYSC
- 0-2years work experience
- Not older than 28 years
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG, and Social sciences
- ESG knowledge is an additional advantage.
