Job Summary
The LinkedIn Growth Specialist will manage LinkedIn as a strategic growth channel, strengthening the organisation’s corporate brands and executive profiles through audience growth, thought leadership, employer branding, lead generation and commercial visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for corporate pages and executive profiles.
- Create and manage monthly LinkedIn content calendars.
- Produce compelling posts, articles, newsletters, carousels and campaign content.
- Design graphics, infographics, quote cards and other branded visual assets.
- Optimise LinkedIn company pages and executive profiles for visibility, credibility and search performance.
- Monitor analytics, industry trends, audience behaviour and campaign performance.
- Improve follower growth, engagement, website traffic and qualified lead generation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Media and Leadership teams.
- Support employer branding, recruitment, partnerships and revenue-generation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing LinkedIn or B2B social media platforms.
- Proven experience growing corporate or personal brands on LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting, content strategy and thought-leadership development skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Analytics and social media management tools.
- Ability to create graphics, carousels, and branded visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience developing and managing monthly content calendars.
- Knowledge of executive branding, employer branding, B2B marketing and social selling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and AI-assisted content workflows is an advantage.
